State of the Art Reports

These reports on the situation in each country were produced towards the end of the two-year period of project financing in April 2009. They provide a summary of the main findings that had emerged from the material on the web sites at that moment. However, new information is continually being added to the sites and it should be realised that these reports are only a snapshot of the situation early in 2009.
